Advocacy, Accountability, and Reporting Concerns

The J.W. Holley Legacy Council plays a vital role in advocating for transparency, accountability, and positive change on behalf of Albany State University alumni, students, employees, and supporters. Information shared with the Council can help identify concerns, address wrongdoing, and promote policies and practices that strengthen the university community. Your voice can make a difference.

The right to raise concerns, share information, and advocate for change is protected by principles of free expression and whistleblower protections under various federal and state laws. However, individuals who report misconduct or raise sensitive issues may still face personal or professional risks.

To better protect yourself, we strongly recommend that you do not submit information using employer-owned devices, email accounts, or networks, and avoid making disclosures while you are on work time. You may also wish to consult with an attorney or advisor experienced in whistleblower or employment matters before submitting information.

If you wish to report misconduct, raise concerns, or share information relevant to Albany State University, you may submit a report using the form below, contact us by or email us at council@jwhlc1903.org.
